Endosphere is a device method built on compressive microvibration. A handpiece fitted with rotating silicone spheres applies rhythmic pressure and vibration at a set frequency, gently working the soft tissue, vessels and lymphatic pathways.
This stimulates microcirculation and lymphatic drainage, helps soften puffiness and the look of orange-peel skin, and leaves the skin smoother and more toned. It is not a medical weight-loss procedure but aesthetic work on tissue quality and skin texture.
It is course work rather than a single appointment. Ten to twelve sessions, twice a week, is the recommended shape, followed by maintenance, because the result is cumulative and regularity matters more than intensity. A single session runs sixty minutes.
On the body the treatment covers the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and arms. Which of those a course targets is settled at the first stage, where the areas, your expectations and your routine are discussed and the tissue is assessed.
Lymphatic drainage is one of the four stages of a session rather than the whole of it. The hands-on Lymphatic/Detox Massage is a separate line on the menu at AED 500, as is the Anti-Cellulite Massage at the same price, and neither is this treatment.
The menu wording differs by salon even though the price does not. Downtown Dubai lists it as Endospheres body under Body Care / Endosphere / Wrapping, Dubai Marina as Endospheres under Apparatus, and Palm Jumeirah as Endospheres Body under its own Endospheres Therapy heading.

Endosphere therapy suits anyone wanting to improve skin texture, soften cellulite and puffiness and restore tone, whether after weight loss, pregnancy, or with a sedentary routine. It pairs well with exercise and healthy eating as support for your shape.
The session itself is comfortable and pain-free, with no downtime, so you can go back to your day afterwards. Intensity is adjusted to your sensitivity and to the area being worked.
It is aesthetic, not medical: it does not replace weight loss or the treatment of vascular or lymphatic conditions. Some loss of volume can come from lymphatic drainage, but a lasting result only comes alongside diet and activity.
It is not performed during pregnancy, over varicose veins in the area being treated, or with acute inflammation, thrombosis and certain chronic conditions. All of that is checked at consultation before a course starts.
