The short answer
The three UNIQUE PERSONA salons do not use the same word for a pedicure. Downtown Dubai lists a Smart pedicure, at AED 175 with no polish included. Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah use classic and apparat instead. Dubai Marina also carries a separate podology section, priced well above the standard foot rows.
Downtown Dubai is also the only branch whose foot menu is fully settled at the moment. Its six rows run from a AED 30 foot scrub to a AED 295 Smart pedicure with gel polish.
Pedicure pricing at Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah is mid-revision, so the figures on those two lists are being reconciled against the booking systems. The rows below are the confirmed ones. Where a price is still moving, this says so instead of quoting it.
What is on the pedicure menu?
Four words carry the pedicure menu across the three lists: classic, apparat, smart and podology. No two branches use the same set.
Downtown Dubai has a Pedicure section of six rows built around one treatment name. The Smart pedicure appears three times, once with no polish included, once with regular polish and once with gel polish. Alongside it sit a foot scrub, a foot spa ritual, and a paraffin treatment that can be taken on the feet or the hands.
Dubai Marina has a shorter Pedicure section, and a Podology section of seven rows that has no equivalent at Downtown Dubai.
Palm Jumeirah splits its pedicure into two named rows, Classic Pedicure and Apparat Pedicure.
None of the three lists says what separates one of these names from another. Palm Jumeirah prices its Apparat Pedicure and its Classic Pedicure at the same figures as each other. Past that the menus are silent, so the difference is a question for the salon at booking.

Booking by technique rather than by menu word is the safer approach anywhere other than Downtown Dubai, because the same words do not appear on all three lists. The hand side of the menu works the same way: only Downtown Dubai uses the words Russian manicure, and the other two branches file the same electric-file technique under apparat and file manicure.

What is podology, and where is it?
Podology is a separate section on the menu, not a grade of pedicure. Dubai Marina lists seven rows under it. Downtown Dubai does not carry the section at all.
The seven rows are a Podology Pedicure, an Onyclip Filler, prosthetics priced per nail, a Medical Treatment and a File Manicure, plus a Pedicure and a Manicure priced inside the podology section rather than alongside the ordinary ones.
At AED 400, a Podology Pedicure at Dubai Marina is more than twice the entry price of a standard pedicure at Downtown Dubai. The menu does not set out what that buys or who it is for.
If you want podology at another branch, ask before you travel for it.
What else is on the foot menu?
The add-on rows are where the three lists diverge most.
Downtown Dubai is the only branch with a Foot Scrub, at AED 30, and the only one with a paraffin treatment, at AED 60, which its list offers for the feet or the hands. Dubai Marina is the only branch with a Foot Massage inside its Pedicure section. All three carry a foot ritual, called a Foot Spa Ritual at Downtown Dubai and a Foot Ritual at the other two.

What to ask before you book
Ask which technique the branch is going to use, not which word is on the list. Downtown Dubai's Smart pedicure, Marina's Pedicure and Palm Jumeirah's Classic and Apparat rows are four menu names across three salons, and no list explains how they relate.
Ask what the price is on the day at Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The pedicure rows at both are being reconciled, and the published figure may not be the one at the till.
Ask whether polish is included. Downtown Dubai is explicit about it, pricing the treatment three ways, and the other two lists do not separate the rows that way.
Ask whether you want podology rather than a pedicure. It is a different section at a different price, it is listed at Dubai Marina, and nothing on the menu tells you which one your feet actually need.
