The short answer
Cleansing sits on the UNIQUE PERSONA face menu as several separate treatments rather than one. Ultrasound cleansing is AED 500, Guinot Deep Clean is from AED 600, a deep cleansing facial is from AED 800, and the Signature HydraFacial is AED 800.
Not every branch has every one of them. Ultrasound cleansing is bookable at Dubai Marina only and Guinot Deep Clean at Downtown Dubai only, while deep cleansing and HydraFacial are priced at all three salons.
Back cleansing is a separate line again, from AED 800 everywhere. Prices on the salon's lists are before VAT, with 5% added to the final bill.
What counts as a cleansing facial?
"Facial" covers a lot of ground on a salon menu, and only some of it is cleansing. Peels, masks, LED sessions and face massage are all on the face menu, and the price lists keep them in rows of their own, apart from the cleansing lines.
The cleansing rows are the ones that clear the pores. They run under four names: deep cleansing, ultrasound cleansing, Guinot Deep Clean, and HydraFacial. Back cleansing is priced separately again, because it treats the back rather than the face.
The names are worth reading closely, because each one points at a method rather than at a result. Palm Jumeirah prices its row as Deep Cleansing Manual Facial, which places the work in the therapist's hands. Ultrasound cleansing names its instrument. HydraFacial is a trademarked device and protocol rather than a category, so a salon either has the machine or it does not.
Which cleansing treatments are on the menu?
| Treatment | Price | Listed at |
|---|---|---|
| Ultrasound Cleansing | AED 500 | Dubai Marina |
| Guinot Deep Clean | from AED 600 | Downtown Dubai |
| Deep Cleansing Facial | from AED 800 | all three salons |
| HydraFacial Signature | AED 800 | all three salons |
| Back Cleansing | from AED 800 | all three salons |
| HydraFacial Signature Back Clarifying | AED 1000 | Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah |
The deep cleansing row is worded differently at each salon. Downtown Dubai calls it Deep Cleansing Facial, Dubai Marina simply Deep Cleansing, and Palm Jumeirah Deep Cleansing Manual Facial. It is from AED 800 at all three.
Downtown Dubai is the only branch carrying the Guinot line. Deep Clean is its cleansing row, from AED 600, listed alongside Hydradermie eye lift and Hydradermie Combo.
How does a deep cleansing facial differ from a HydraFacial?
A classic facial relies on manual extraction. The therapist works blocked pores by hand, which is effective, but it can traumatise the skin and leave visible redness. Palm Jumeirah's row name says as much: Deep Cleansing Manual Facial.
A HydraFacial replaces that step with suction. A vortex handpiece draws debris out of the pores and feeds serums in during the same pass, so nothing is squeezed. That is the reason it carries no recovery period, and it is the clearest line between the two where they meet at AED 800.
What a HydraFacial actually does covers the handpiece, the tiers and the appointment in full.
What does a cleansing facial cost in Dubai?
AED 500 is the entry point, and it buys ultrasound cleansing at Dubai Marina. Downtown Dubai's cheapest cleansing line is Guinot Deep Clean, from AED 600, and Palm Jumeirah's is the deep cleansing facial, from AED 800.
At AED 800 the menu offers a choice rather than a step up: that is where the deep cleansing facial starts, and it is what the Signature HydraFacial costs. Above that, the HydraFacial tiers continue to Deluxe at AED 1000 and the top tier at AED 1300, which is priced the same everywhere and named differently by branch.
Back cleansing starts at AED 800 at every salon. Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah also run the device version on the back, listed as HydraFacial Signature Back Clarifying at AED 1000.
Add-ons are priced on their own lines. Perk eye and Perk lip are AED 400 each. Keravive, which is the HydraFacial protocol for the scalp, is AED 1500, and Downtown Dubai lists a two-vial version at AED 2000. Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah add LED light therapy at AED 300 and lymphatic therapy at AED 400 to a HydraFacial session.
Every figure above is a pre-VAT list price. The final bill adds 5%.
Which branch has what?
All three salons price a deep cleansing facial from AED 800, back cleansing from AED 800, and the full HydraFacial ladder from Signature at AED 800.
Dubai Marina is the only branch with ultrasound cleansing at AED 500. Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah are the two that list Signature Back Clarifying at AED 1000 along with the LED and lymphatic add-ons.
Downtown Dubai has neither of those, and instead carries the Guinot line, where Deep Clean is from AED 600. It is also the only branch listing Keravive in a two-vial version.
Beyond cleansing, the lists diverge further. Dubai Marina is the only branch pricing microneedling and a soft peel. Palm Jumeirah is the only one carrying the Dermadrop rows and oxygenotherapy. BioRePeel and PRX are AED 600 at both of them, Downtown Dubai prices a peeling at AED 600, and a DMK treatment is AED 950 at all three under a different name at each. Those are different kinds of treatment rather than cleanses, and what each involves is a question for the consultation.

Who should wait, and when to see a doctor
A HydraFacial suits almost every skin type, sensitive included, because the peel strength and the serum mix are set for you rather than fixed. There are still situations where it should wait: active inflammation, an acne or rosacea flare, or broken skin anywhere in the treatment area.
For mild breakouts and congested pores it helps clear the pores and even out the skin. Active inflammatory acne is a different matter. That is a medical problem, and a dermatologist should see it and set the plan first.
The same holds if you are already under a dermatologist's care. Agree the plan with them before booking, because a facial complements medical treatment and does not replace it. A cleansing facial is not a treatment for a skin condition, and your therapist is not the person to diagnose one.
Which of the other cleansing treatments suits your skin is worth raising with your specialist before you book rather than choosing from the price alone.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Signature facial?
Signature is the entry tier of the HydraFacial menu, AED 800 at all three salons. It runs the full sequence of cleanse and peel, extraction, and serum infusion.
What is the cheapest facial cleansing on the menu?
Ultrasound cleansing at AED 500, at Dubai Marina. At Downtown Dubai the lowest cleansing line is Guinot Deep Clean, from AED 600, and at Palm Jumeirah it is the deep cleansing facial, from AED 800.
Is ultrasound cleansing the same as a HydraFacial?
No. They are separate rows at separate prices, AED 500 against AED 800, and HydraFacial is a specific trademarked device and protocol rather than a general description.
Which branch should I book?
For ultrasound cleansing, Dubai Marina. For Signature Back Clarifying, Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah. For the Guinot line, Downtown Dubai. The HydraFacial tiers are priced the same at all three.
Is there a cleansing facial to have before an event?
A HydraFacial needs no recovery period, so make-up and the rest of your day are fine straight afterwards. Skin looks clearer and fresher straight after the session, without redness or flaking.
Does a cleansing facial help dull skin?
A HydraFacial is a strong choice for enlarged pores, dullness, dehydration and uneven tone.
In short
Cleansing occupies several rows on this menu rather than one. Ultrasound cleansing is AED 500 at Dubai Marina, Guinot Deep Clean is from AED 600 at Downtown Dubai, and a deep cleansing facial or a Signature HydraFacial is from AED 800 at any of the three.
That last pair is the one worth pausing over. Two separate treatments start at the same AED 800, and Palm Jumeirah's row name is the clearest signal of how they differ: Deep Cleansing Manual Facial, against a device that works by suction.
