The face menu runs from manual cleansing through device-led facials to peels and facial massage. Deep cleansing is on all three lists — Downtown Dubai calls it a Deep Cleansing Facial, Dubai Marina Deep Cleansing, Palm Jumeirah Deep Cleansing Manual Facial — and ultrasound cleansing and microcurrent are at Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

Hydrafacial is the one device protocol on the menu at all three salons. It is a trademarked device rather than a generic name for a hydrating facial: a vortex handpiece cleanses, exfoliates, extracts by suction and infuses serums in a single pass, which is why it can include real exfoliation without a recovery period. A salon either has the machine or it does not, so the name is worth checking when you compare menus elsewhere.

What separates a device facial from a manual one is the extraction. A classic facial relies on the therapist working blocked pores by hand, which is effective but can traumatise the surrounding tissue and leave visible redness. A device facial replaces that step with suction, so the treatment does not depend on how firmly a particular therapist presses.

Beyond cleansing, the branches diverge. Dubai Marina carries the widest aesthetic list, including microneedling and its own signature protocols. Palm Jumeirah lists peels as their own section — BioRePeel and PRX — plus back cleansing. Downtown Dubai carries the DMK and Guinot professional lines. Facial massage, classic at thirty or fifty minutes plus myoplastic work, is at Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

Every one of these should open with someone looking at your skin and deciding intensity from what they see, rather than with the machine. Active inflammation, an acne or rosacea flare or broken skin all mean postponing, and if you are under a dermatologist's care the plan belongs with them first — a salon facial complements medical treatment and does not replace it.
